I feel that every time spent at work is time away from my daughter and time spent at home is not enough since I have tons of commitments to fulfill at work. Summer will never be complete without dipping in a pool or heading to the beach. I love swimming but I hate getting dark, I know right? ang orte orte ko, mahirap kaya magputi! at ang sabi nila nakakawrinkles if you stay too long under the sun. So, wake up early and wake-up the entire family with you! And when I say early 5:30 in the morning. Since our destination for the weekend is the Japanese tunnel along diversion road-- a 10minute drive away from our house I woke them up at around 7:00 am, 3 hours is more than enough for soaking, sun bathing or play time with your kids.

Adult pool (4ft), just look at that giant bucket of water pour over hubby, parang ang sakit tignan!! But he said it felt good and he enjoyed it daw!!
kiddie pool(2ft) with slides and giant buckets too (and I mean giant, this thing is almost the size of a smartcar, fills up and then dumps on happy people below ). Before we left I saw 2 kids scared out of their wits, yeah the giant buckets are a little intimidating for toddlers so make sure you swim with your kiddo.

Chocolatier at Abreeza Ayala was a hit and miss experience.
Hit!! Scone, these delectable quick bread will have you at the edge of your seats. Dip it in chocolate, cream and/or cranberry sauce. Be careful as it breaks off easily, you can dunk it with your fingers or use your fork and knife to cut it in pieces before dipping it. I love the chunks of chocolate in it, hmm sarap I think this treat made my visit worthwhile the best part it's only Php. 158.00!
MISS!! Surprisingly?! the Chocolatier sandwiches, OMG we waited for an hour for those phrellamoosh sandwiches. Parang kumain kami ng tinapay sa bakery ng nilagyan ng chicken breast and a drizzle of chocolate. Hope they improve the presentation and taste of the sandwiches.
But definitely I'll recommend scones!

Maybe I was Vietnamese in my past life, I can eat any Vietnamese food in front of me, OKEY, actually any food for that matter. This one's worth spending at 450++ you get this Spring Roll Platter at Hanoi.

Free food tasting, one of the perks of my job. I'm not complaining but honestly I gain so much weight saying YES to all the invitations we get from new restaurants, hotels and/or those hole on the wall food joints. Who wouldn't? You don't want to pass on an opportunity to eat good food right? What more can I ask for? I'm blessed with the best job in the world.
Enough said, this week I'm taking you to EY'sTuna Davao, if you're looking for a place that can cook tuna the way you like it, Ey's is the place to be. It's the "healthier Choice" since tuna is very rich in omega 3. Ey's is a seafood haven, they serve (quoting the advert on 105.9 MIXFM radio)"crispy crablets, crispy kangkong, may fried tuna buntot, may panga, may sizzling bihod at baagaybay at yung pinaka paborito ko, yung deep fried tuna belly with sobrang daming garlic. Tsaka, actually, pwede mong ipaluto ng kahit anong gusto mong style yung ulam nila. Hanggat kaya ng cook nila lutuin, lulutuin nila. Personalized cooking daw yun eh".
